- Earn. Get points on everything you buy online, credited when your order is dispatched. 1 point = 1p.
- Spend. Once you have 500 points (£5), use them at checkout to pay for up to 20% of your order.

Tiers are based on what you've spent in the last 12 months. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for the rest of that calendar year and the following 12 months.
Good to know
- Points are earned on what you pay for products after any discounts. Shipping and gift cards don't earn points.
- Points can't be used with discount codes or promo prices in the same order.
- If you return an order, the points you earned on it are removed and any points you spent on it are given back.
- Points expire after 12 months without an order. We'll email you 30 and 7 days before they do.
- Points are earned by buying only. We don't give points for signing up, birthdays, reviews, referrals or social follows.

Is it free?
Yes. Power Club is free to join for adults aged 18 and over.
Why do I need to verify my age?
We're required to sell vaping products to adults only. You verify once when you join and won't be asked again for the Power Club.
When do my points arrive?
When your order is dispatched. You'll see them in My Account.
How do I use my points?
Once you have 500 or more, you'll see the option at checkout. Points can pay for up to 20% of an order.
Do points work in the shop?
No. The Power Club is for online orders only.
Can I use points with a discount code?
No. It's one or the other in each order.
Do my points expire?
Only if you go 12 months without placing an order.
Can I give my points to someone else?
No. Points can't be transferred, swapped for cash or used by anyone under 18.
How do I leave?
Contact customer service. Any unspent points are lost when you close your membership.
