Power Vape Shop sells nicotine vaping products in the United Kingdom. This page summarises the rules that apply to them, which are set out in the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (the UK law that implements the Tobacco Products Directive, or “TPD”), and how we meet them.

Adults only

Our products are for adults. It is illegal to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18, and illegal for an adult to buy them on behalf of someone under 18. We ask every visitor to confirm they are 18 or over before entering the site, and first-time orders require age verification before dispatch.

Product limits

For nicotine-containing products:

• E-liquid may contain no more than 20mg/ml of nicotine.
• Refill bottles may hold no more than 10ml.
• Tanks, pods and cartridges may hold no more than 2ml.

Notification to the MHRA

Nicotine-containing vaping products must be notified to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) before they can be sold in the UK. We only sell nicotine-containing products that have been notified.

Packaging and labelling

Nicotine-containing products must carry the health warning “This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance”, come in child-resistant and tamper-evident packaging, and include an information leaflet covering instructions for use, ingredients, nicotine content and safety warnings. We only sell products that meet these requirements.

Health information

Vaping is not risk-free. Nicotine vaping products are intended for adult smokers who want to switch, and are not recommended for people who do not smoke or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep all products and refills out of the reach of children and pets.
